About Our Condos:

Each Condo can accommodate up to six guests. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Kitchen with all necessary items, large living room with new LED TV and high speed WiFi, and a private Deck with outdoor table and six chairs.

• Some Units have 6 Twin XL beds (2 in each bedroom)
• Some Units have 4 beds:  1 King bed in two bedrooms and 2 Twin XL in the third bedroom.

We are nestled in the trees of Apple Valley Lake, just a few minutes from the lake.  Come and enjoy the incredible serenity of our natural setting.  This is the place to get away from it all.

We are:  10 miles from Mount Vernon, 7 miles from Kenyon College, 17 miles from Mohican State Park,  2 Hours from Cleveland,  1:15 to Columbus.
